      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to internal HR-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed
      - Maintain records of personnel-related data and ensure compliance with HR functions
      - Collaborate with General Managers to address operational and employee HR needs
      - Conduct investigations into employee complaints and prepare documentation for review
      - Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred but not required
      - 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations
      - Knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and related technical software programs
      - Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with recruiting and HRIS software
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work quickly
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
      - Willingness to travel to on-site locations within assigned regions
