      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the execution of the employee relations strategy, counseling managers on employee relations issues
      - Conduct initial interviews for employee relations matters and inform appropriate HR staff for further investigation
      - Provide coaching to employees and leaders on performance and conduct-related matters
      - Analyze employee relations case trends and collaborate with HR partners for insights and recommendations
      - Manage and update Human Resources policies and processes, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or a related discipline
      - 5 to 7 years of experience within Employee Relations or Human Resources
      - Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to equal employment opportunity and labor relations
      - Exceptional communication and coaching skills
      - Ability to analyze trends and make recommendations for improvements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with HR business partners and legal departments
      - Familiarity with employee resource groups and community engagement initiatives
      - Knowledge of industry trends in employee relations
