      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance to employees and managers on employee relations matters including performance management and policy compliance
      - Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture
      - Assist with the maintenance and communication of HR policies and procedures
      - Contribute to the annual review processes, including performance evaluations and compensation planning
      - Collaborate with HR team members to ensure seamless support across all HR functions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
      - Previous experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role strongly preferred
      - Knowledge of employment and labor laws
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP) is a plus
      - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
