      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for managers regarding complex employee relations cases
      - Provide professional and credible advice on employee relations matters that may pose business risks
      - Support and manage Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting responses and preparing legal arguments
      - Collaborate with HRBP colleagues to effectively execute business strategies and support HR initiatives
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practices in employee relations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Formal qualification in a HR-related area or equivalent employee relations experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of recent HR employee relations specialist experience in a contact center environment, or 3 years in another high-paced industry
      - Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
      - Exceptional communication and analytical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Membership of CIPD or similar professional association
      - Prior mediation training or certification as a mediator
      - Experience in managing complex employee relations cases
