What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding workplace issues and performance management
- Utilize Case Management System (CMS) for thorough documentation of all employee relations cases
- Collaborate with leaders and HR Business Partners to manage performance-related issues, including counseling and terminations
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and policy violations to ensure fair outcomes
- Support and present training on employee relations issues and conflict resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on Employee Relations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- SHRM or HRCI Certification
- General understanding of Employment Law (EEOC, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, etc.)
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; Workday experience is a plus
