What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations concerns, providing guidance on policies and workplace practices
- Conduct thorough workplace investigations into employee complaints and policy violations
- Partner with management to resolve conflicts and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies while providing risk mitigation guidance
- Collaborate with HR to design and implement employee engagement and retention programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources and conflict resolution
- Working knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and case management tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of direct employee relations or HR experience in a corporate environment
