      The Lifecycle Team Lead is a key player in delivering an efficient HR administration service including coordinating / prioritizing the team’s daily activities, identifying and driving process improvements, and developing the team.


      The role serves as a subject matter expert and first point of contact for key stakeholders on the Hire to Retire process in addition to investing in managing the team, development interventions, training and resource planning. The team transacts a large volume of work daily and the team lead makes work fun by clear prioritization and communication.

      About the role

      • Manage day-to-day operations of the Employee Lifecycle Specialist group including setting priorities, distributing day to day work and escalations, and ensuring a high quality of data
      • Actively contribute to the team, collaborate and coach/support team to build common understanding, ensure coordinated and effective responses and delightful customer experience for all calls, chats and cases
      • Bring alive the Performance@McCain activities including always on development conversations, End Year review discussions, agile Objective setting for the team and monitoring progress and achievement against these standards
      • Manage all facets of team resourcing (recruitment/onboarding) to ensure the delivery of the centers daily tasks and goals
      • Lead team initiatives to build a high performing and engaged team, provide recognition within policy parameters to team members demonstrating high performance
      • Actively encourage and promote the involvement of all team members in achieving a safe and healthy workplace
      • Build a culture of high data integrity and quality within the team supporting processes for our core HRIS and Case Management system
      • Report and monitor relevant HR Services / Employee Experience metrics for the region
      • Leverage data analytics to drive continuous improvements across process and systems
      • Support critical projects within the Employee Experiences center
      • Collaborate with other centres to ensure process standardisation, capability building, knowledge sharing and case processing.
      • Supporting the team with the daily Employee Lifecycle Specialist tasks if needed


      About you

      • 5+ years of experience in a HR and/or HR Shared Service environment
      • Previous experience with leading a team is beneficial
      • Proficient experience with HR Systems including SAP, Success Factors and Service Now
      • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field
      • Strong relationship management, communications and interpersonal skills
