The Employee Training & Development Specialist is responsible for creating, administering, and delivering employee training and development solutions to build and maintain an engaged, high-performing, and inclusive workplace. The Employee Training & Development Specialist will develop and coordinate a training program and facilitate training courses focused on professional and leadership development. In addition, the position will collaborate with other campus partners to lead learning and development opportunities to build campus awareness, engagement, and accountability of diversity, equity and inclusion at all levels. Reporting to the Division Director of Employee Relations, Organizational Development and Diversity, the Employee Training & Development Specialist will serve as a change agent to provide strategies, training, tools, and resources on employee development and diversity management.
