Lead impactful virtual and in-person hiring events with our recruiting teams.
Own and execute our Glassdoor and Indeed strategies through soliciting reviews, monitoring sentiment and looking for ways to optimize our presence.
Manage recruiter licenses, training and education on Indeed and other third-party job boards.
Create storytelling materials, such as videos and social media campaigns, with creative teams to develop engaging content and collateral that resonates with candidates.
Craft compelling Talent Community messaging in our CRM systems to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
Document key processes and functions within our internal and external platforms.
Support cross-functional work that aligns with our overall recruiting strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or related field and 3 years of experience in employer branding, marketing or communications; or a High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of relevant experience.
Confidence to propose new ideas, test boundaries and ask thought-provoking questions to build appropriate strategies and communications that align with business objectives.
Excellent project management, organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to adapt to feedback and work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Working independently and in close collaboration with our Employer Brand Team, you will:
Location: 100% remote (Candidate can be located anywhere in the US but will work primarily on a Central/Eastern time zone work schedule)
Department: Talent Acquisition (TA). This role will also engage and interact with key partners from HR, Communications, Marketing and lab department leads.
Reports to: Senior Manager, Employer Branding and Talent MarketingWhat’s in it for you

Qualifications
Application Window: Open through 5/30/2025
Pay Range: $55,000-$65,000
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
