What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end project management for the EMS refresh initiative
- Scope, plan, schedule, and drive execution to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and meet project goals
- Manage integration points with SCADA, DMS, and other grid systems
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience managing OT/IT or utility/energy projects
- Strong working knowledge of EMS systems, SCADA, ADMS, and other utility operational platforms
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, vendor-led system implementations
- Understanding of NERC CIP standards and cybersecurity requirements in utility environments
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with GE, Siemens, or OSI EMS systems
- Strong project planning and execution skills
- Proven ability in risk and issue management
- Experience in cross-functional leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
