      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the submission and integrity of encounter data, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
      - Analyze data trends, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues related to data submissions
      - Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support during software upgrades and new releases
      - Document and monitor the end-to-end encounter lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulations
      - Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration
      - 5+ years of experience in a technical support and customer-service oriented environment
      - 5+ years of experience managing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and submitting encounters
      - 5+ years of supervisory experience
      - Experience with Medicaid/Medicare encounter submissions and EDI formats (e.g., 837, 999, 277CA)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in a relevant field
      - 10+ years of experience in encounters management
      - Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
      - Proficiency in SQL, EDI, FHIR, Json, XML, or related integration protocols
      - Experience in performing internal and customer training and providing technical support
