- Assist the State in supporting the use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management
- Collaborate with the Application Program Manager to ensure end-user success with Intelligrants
- Provide direct support to end users for daily usage of Intelligrants as requested
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to enhance user experience
- Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding software functionality and user needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expertise in Intelligrants grant management software functionality
- Previous experience in customer service related to operational use of software
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with users and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in disaster recovery or grants management is preferred
