What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve sales and gross profit targets for the territory following a defined sales process
- Present, promote, and sell endodontic products to clients, utilizing extensive product knowledge
- Conduct product demonstrations and address customer objections effectively
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers and key influencers
- Manage sales cycles to close new business in all Endodontic categories
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in sales, specifically selling capital and consumable products
- Proven ability to engage and service customers to drive product utilization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external customers
- Proficiency in technology, including MS Office and Salesforce.com
- Strong business acumen and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree or industry certifications are a plus
- Experience in the dental or medical instrumentation field
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex issues effectively
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to travel at least 70% of the time
