What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve sales and gross profit targets by following a defined sales process
- Present, promote, and sell products through extensive product knowledge and product demonstrations
- Drive both capital and consumable sales, including cold calling and managing sales cycles
- Establish and maintain exceptional business and customer relationships within the territory
- Provide timely responses to customer concerns and communicate effectively with relevant departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of increasing responsibility in a sales-related role
- Proven track record of selling capital and consumable products
- Strong business acumen and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in technology, including MS Office and Salesforce.com
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus
- Industry certifications may enhance candidacy
- Experience in engaging and servicing customers to drive product utilization
- Strong understanding of industry practices and tools
- Ability to build partnerships internally and externally
