      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct regular audits of utility consumption databases and perform verification checks
      - Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for water and waste data
      - Analyze facility-level waste data to identify opportunities for reduction and recycling
      - Monitor and audit the construction and demolition waste program across the facility portfolio
      - Assist in creating baselines for future water targets and model utility consumption data projections

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated passion for environmental sustainability
      - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high qualitative and quantitative standards
      - Experience in sustainability reporting and data analysis
      - Proficiency in creating presentations for internal and client meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of third-party irrigation vendor software
      - Familiarity with sustainability trends and innovative technologies for GHG emission reduction
      - Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
      - Previous experience in environmental sustainability roles or related fields
