  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Identify and cultivate relationships with career centers, community organizations, and educational institutions to build a pipeline of eligible participants
  - Prepare and present at career day events, job fairs, and community events to raise awareness and recruit participants
  - Build and maintain a database of leads and prospective participants, ensuring ongoing follow-up and engagement
  - Promote development programs, training paths, and employment opportunities
  - Support social media and digital campaigns to enhance awareness and engagement
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School diploma or associate’s degree; bachelor’s degree preferred
  - 2-4 years of experience in a career outreach role
  - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel 50% within a defined territory
  - Experience with technical trades (HVAC/Electrician/Carpentry/Weatherization) is a plus
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in outreach or recruitment within the energy efficiency or sustainability sector
  - Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  - Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies
  - Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid role
