      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the operation, coordination, and delivery of the employer's energy efficiency and/or demand response programs
      - Participate in the development of program pilots, demonstration projects, and new initiatives
      - Compile regulatory filings and reports while maintaining procedure manuals
      - Review, analyze, and confirm eligibility for energy efficiency and/or demand response programs
      - Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory acquired through a four-year degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, building science, engineering, or a related field
      - Energy Efficiency Analyst I: No prior experience required
      - Energy Efficiency Analyst II: Two years of related experience
      - Energy Efficiency Analyst III: Three years of related experience with increasing responsibilities
      - Energy Efficiency Analyst, Sr: Five years of related experience with increasing responsibilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with utility regulation and/or energy efficiency and/or demand response programs
      - Knowledge and/or experience in process improvement and system efficiency
      - Familiarity with vendor bid/proposal/selection processes and contract management
      - Broad knowledge of the Energy Efficiency program life cycle of planning, implementation, and evaluation
