      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support senior team members in engaging utilities and power companies to deliver power capacity solutions from inception to commercial operations
      - Manage interactions with multiple utilities to ensure energy requirements and infrastructure support Tract's planned growth
      - Lead cross-functional technical teams and effectively track, manage, and report on project progress and financials
      - Establish and grow business and technical relationships in key markets
      - Support the creation and execution of a power supply development program optimized for time, cost, reliability, and sustainability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3 to 5 years of demonstrated energy project management experience in construction, operations, project finance, or related fields
      - Proven expertise in collaborating with stakeholders for power infrastructure commitments
      - Ability to translate technical engineering concepts to executives and investors
      - B.A/B.S. degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Power Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, or related field, or 5 years of relevant energy experience
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with contracting and contract management
      - Familiarity with battery storage, fuel cell, microgrid, or similar energy technologies
      - Substation engineering or high voltage project management experience
      - Understanding of electric utility development in regulated or deregulated markets
      - Demonstrated success in writing due diligence reports for energy projects
