  About the Role

  Ag-Land FS, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Energy Sales Support professional to join our team in Brimfield, IL. In this role, you'll play a key part in promoting and supporting the sale of energy products and services. From managing equipment installations and deliveries to assisting customers and ensuring safe, efficient operations—you'll help us fuel our mission and grow our market presence.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Sell, install, service, and maintain energy tanks and related equipment

  • Schedule and support timely product deliveries

  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, service activities, and inventory

  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and compliance

  • Assist with deliveries and maintain company vehicles

  • Follow safety regulations and Ag-Land FS policies

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, service, or delivery

  • Ability to solve practical problems and handle customer inquiries with confidence

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and planning skills

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL with Hazmat endorsement

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of industry standards (NFPA 54, 58)

  • Experience with CETP training (or willingness to complete)

  • Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment and vehicle maintenance

  Work Environment

  • Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and electrical equipment

  • Lifting of heavy objects and occasional work in confined spaces or at heights

  Compensation

  Compensation: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

  This role may also qualify for bonuses, incentives, or commissions depending on performance and responsibilities.
