As an Engagement Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible and accountable for management activities of complex Multi-tower programs for a customer.
In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:
· Establish, execute and oversee program governance i.e Stakeholder management, communication ceremonies, benefits management, change management, scope management, and other end-to-end aspects of delivery to the customer
· Ensure tracking, measurement and progress against established measures and metrics, e.g Bid vs did, SLA, and any other operational or contractual measures
· Provide insights on improvements while ensuring adherence to operational best practices
To apply for this role, you will need experience working with Life Sciences customers. You will also require the following:
· 16+ years of relevant experience
· Hands on experience of working with Microsoft Project tool for preparing detailed program / project plans
· Experience managing application and Infra support engagements.
· Program Management skills
· Certification / strong experience of ITIL
· Experience in managing geographically distributed teams
· Working across both waterfall and agile transformational projects
· Fluent in English, Italian or German is a plus
