      Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Engagement Portfolio Lead who could join our team of professionals in a permanent role. The role is encouraged to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/standard methodologies to improve our current services and technologies.

      Job Title: Engagement Portfolio Lead

      Job Location: Long Beach, CA/Remote

      Responsibilities

      · Brings client context from close delivery experience

      · Lead delivery set-up governance & works closely with EDP and service line delivery team

      · Owns delivery management and delivery excellence by leading the design and customer requirements gathering validation and optimization

      · Responsible to set-up delivery and governance rigor and reviews operational metrics assess risk and drive mitigation plans review SoW / work orders

      · Consults EDP at respective situations to better address delivery issues and resolves/escalates appropriately and ensures monthly submission of C-Margin forecasts

      · Focuses on technology expertise and innovation to transform delivery and ensure delivery excellence

      · Supports EDP / SBU Head on prospective opportunities as needed

      · As main delivery lead responsible for monitoring and reporting of delivery commitments to client and ensuring committed Cost-of-Delivery (CoD) to Cognizant leadership

      · Brings understanding of the client environment to identify and qualify add-on and new opportunities

      Required Skills

      · 15+ years of experience in IT industry

      · Large engagement delivery experience

      · ITIL, Project management (Agile, Scrum)

      The annual salary for this position is between $131000 –$ 167000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

      This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
