What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with potential customers to discuss how the employer's software can benefit their businesses.
- Conduct software demonstrations for prospective clients via video calls.
- Provide personalized customer service through phone, live chat, and email communication.
- Assist new customers with the initial setup process for the software.
- Advocate for customer needs by influencing product development and new feature requests.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1-2+ years of inside customer sales experience (SaaS preferred).
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with technology and the capability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Ability to manage sensitive customer information securely and adhere to data protection protocols.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer sales role specifically within the SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with accounting and payroll software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in dynamic situations.
- Experience working independently while effectively collaborating with remote team members.
- Knowledge of AI tools and their application in customer service.
