What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative and project support, including scheduling and documentation
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop creative gifting and engagement solutions
- Prepare proposals and presentations for client review
- Manage vendor coordination, including order processing and maintaining supplier relationships
- Stay informed on industry trends to propose impactful gifting enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of buyer experience, preferably in corporate luxury gifting
- Professional knowledge in the luxury gift market and merchandising
- Experience in client and vendor relationships
- Demonstrated project management skills with a successful track record
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel as needed for client engagements
