What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process new applications and ensure data accuracy within the system
- Guide families through the enrollment process and secure necessary documentation
- Build relationships with parents, school staff, and leadership to enhance enrollment experiences
- Provide timely responses to communication from parents and students throughout the enrollment process
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve enrollment procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Accredited Senior High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma/GED
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Strong ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including Google Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and follow verbal and written instructions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Two years of office experience with a focus on recordkeeping in a public school environment
- Bilingual proficiency
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-based environment
