      We’re looking for a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join an Agile team within our SAFe environment, driving enterprise growth initiatives for the Bill Force team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, test, and integrate scalable applications, APIs, and data services that enhance product capabilities and performance.

      You bring strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful microservices, and modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular, along with SQL databases and cloud-based environments. Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes (or Fargate), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks is highly valued.

      The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about building high-quality, maintainable solutions while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

      WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

      • Estimated Salary: $125,000 - 135,000, plus annual incentive opportunity.
      • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

      WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

      • Operate as a core member of one of eight Agile teams within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in Workplace Solutions, contributing to enterprise-wide growth initiatives.
      • Lead and support end-to-end development, testing, and integration of modern applications and systems that enhance product and service capabilities across the Bill Force team.
      • Facilitate collaborative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions, driving the development of high-performance applications, APIs, and data services.
      • Adapt fluidly to various roles—individual contributor, leader, mentor, or teacher—fostering a versatile and inclusive team environment.
      • Build deep domain knowledge of business objectives and challenges within the Bill Force team, proactively delivering solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
      • Continuously assess and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and sustainability, ensuring long-term impact and alignment with enterprise standards.

      WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

      • Proven experience developing, testing, and maintaining full-stack applications using:
      • Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, event-driven architecture
      • Frontend (Preferred): React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML \ CSS
      • Database: SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server), JPA \ Hibernate
      • Proficient in developing responsive UI components using React \ Angular.
      • Capable of seamless integration with backend services and cloud-hosted environments.
      • Cloud & DevOps Integration
      • Desired experience containerizing applications using Docker and orchestrating via Fargate (or Kubernetes).
      • Experience building CI \ CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (or Jenkins), Gradle, and Git.
      • Ability to write maintainable and testable code following SOLID principles.
      • Proficient with implementing unit and integration tests using JUnit, Spock, and Mockito.

      PREFERRED:

      • Strong technical domain, and technologies, recognized for technical acumen and problem-solving skills.
      • Experience implementing accessibility-compliant and user-centric solutions through strong development and collaboration skills.
      • Ability to participate in activities for an Agile Release Train, component team structure, or Strategic Business Units.
      • Ability to investigate and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency.
      • Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in ambiguous or fast-paced environments.
      • Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
