      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform on-site installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and qualification of instrumentation
      - Utilize customer management software to track service calls, manage parts inventories, and complete job tasks
      - Analyze reports and documentation from customers to determine the nature and scope of problems
      - Coordinate problem resolution with engineering and customer service teams
      - Conduct training on the safe operation of equipment and demonstrate skills to trainees

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Sciences, or a related field preferred
      - 0-2 years of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer, particularly with analytical instrumentation
      - Knowledge and experience with Gas Chromatography, Liquid Chromatography, Ion Chromatography, and Mass Spectrometry instrumentation (GC, HPLC, IC, MS)
      - Effective communication skills and the ability to establish good customer rapport
      - Ability to prioritize service requests and produce clear and concise documentation
      - Must be available for travel and have a valid driver's license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as a Service Engineer in a scientific solutions provider
