      Position Requirements: Kaohsiung Taiwan

      Key Responsibilities

      • Provide TEM instruments services, including installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, repair and compliance services.
      • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers in assigned territory.
      • Work closely with other departments to improve customer experience.
      • Supply to high-value service related procedures and documents.
      • Help Service Sales Representative on service orders.

      Requirements:

      • Electron microscope experience is helpful
      • An University degree or equivalent experience in electronic system fixing. Life science related experience preferred.
      • Typically requires hands on technical experience for installing, solving, repairing and calibrating complex tools. Fresh graduated can also be considered.
      • Proven ability to solving complex systems and subsystems down to component level is preferred.
      • Experience on fixing and repairing ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems is highly desired.
      • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
      • Able to read and interpret schematics
