What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the end-to-end development, testing, and integration of modern applications and systems
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions and develop high-performance applications
- Adapt to various roles, fostering a collaborative and versatile team environment
- Build a deep understanding of business objectives and proactively deliver solutions
- Continuously assess and optimize applications for performance and scalability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of backend development experience, including proficiency in Java with Spring Boot and Groovy
- Experience with event-driven architecture, particularly Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Skilled in developing containerized applications using Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus
- Proficient in SQL for querying and managing data across multiple databases
- Experience deploying applications to AWS CloudFront; understanding of cloud architecture is essential
