What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Provide technical advice and support for Facility Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (FSRM) projects
- Develop and oversee plans for AE-Next contractor management and deliverables
- Coordinate with stakeholders and review project deliverables
- Ensure program assessments, planning, and deliverable execution are on target
- Manage projects, review specifications and technical documents, and solve engineering and construction issues

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred
- 5 years of experience in engineering project management
- Familiarity with Asset Management principles and FSRM Program Business Rules preferred
- Excellent communication, computer, and data management skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Air Force NACI/SF85 for unescorted access to controlled areas

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- AFIMSC and/or AFCEC experience
- Air Force Base level and Major Command level experience
- Experience with facility-related data systems
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
