Work Environment
The work environment is 100% in the field, primarily within a truck. The job does not require overnight travel and is limited to the assigned district. The company provides all necessary equipment, including a company vehicle with a fuel card, boot vouchers, heavy-duty jackets, phones, TIC preventing clothing, new reflective shirts, and anti-sun gear. The role offers a great entry point into the civil industry with solid base entry pay and long-term stability in the program. The Maintenance, Repair, and Preservation (MRP) program focuses on routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and preservation efforts to ensure the safety and longevity of Georgia's transportation infrastructure.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
