Job Description

The Enrollment Specialists reviews inquiries and enrollment paperwork to complete a member add, termination or change. Updates must be completed accurately and within established service level agreements.
Responsibilities
· Reviews submitted enrollment requests assigned via the enrollment queues.
· Processes according to established productivity goals while maintaining established quality goals.
· Takes initiative to check questions or unusual situations with management in accordance with established guidelines.
· Ensures thorough and timely completion of requests for additions, changes and terminations to subscriber and dependent records.
· Notifies the Supervisor of trends that will impact internal and external customers.
· Adheres to “It Starts With You” Departmental Policy.
· Must be able to work required extra hours as dictated by business needs.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Education
· High School Diploma or College Degree preferred
Experience
· Minimum 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry, with a combined focus on production and quality. College degree in lieu of experience will be considered.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
· Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with others and have a willingness to be a team player.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate via email.
· Familiarity with data processing and the ability to work with documented policies and procedures.
· ECS, INSINQ, One Hub, Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Ayava or a system that logs productivity.
