What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the enrollment tasks dashboard to ensure provider, department, and facility data is accurate and complete
- Assist in preparing and submitting enrollment applications and supporting documentation for physicians and facilities
- Maintain timelines for enrollment schedules and ensure documentation is updated to avoid disruptions in participating status and revenue
- Audit provider rosters and payer directories, providing updated files to ensure accuracy
- Respond to internal and external inquiries on enrollment and privileging matters
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare or provider enrollment/credentialing
- Knowledge of commercial and government insurance carrier policies and procedures related to enrollment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive enrollment issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in researching claim denials and trends related to enrollment and billing
- Ability to motivate teams and facilitate group meetings
- Familiarity with delegated credentialing processes
