      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for the Enrollment Department for all independent providers
      - Manage the payer enrollment process for commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare
      - Enter and maintain accurate data in CredentialStream, including key enrollment dates
      - Conduct follow-ups with health plans until providers are approved
      - Collaborate regularly with the credentialing team to ensure awareness of new providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in payer enrollment functions
      - Required experience with Medicare/Medicaid payers
      - Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, analysis, and resolution
      - High level of attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
      - Ability to communicate effectively and handle sensitive information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with delegated and non-delegated payer enrollment (not required)
      - Familiarity with RCM and enrollment claim resolution
      - Experience with credentialing systems such as Verity
      - Demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple projects
      - Passion for improving the healthcare environment
