      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide virtual retention and enrollment assistance to workers across all 50 U.S. states
      - Educate workers on benefits and assist with enrollment processes
      - Deliver communication support and key messages regarding benefits
      - Maintain individual and team performance metrics through quality assurance and documentation
      - Utilize technology for translation services and assist workers with navigating enrollment platforms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be Health & Life Licensed with experience in electronic enrollment
      - Minimum of 4-year degree or equivalent work-related experience
      - Prior experience in insurance, financial services, human resources, sales, training, or teaching
      - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
      - Strong computer literacy and knowledge of virtual technology, including Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Existing knowledge of Core and Voluntary benefit product offerings
      - Demonstrated sales aptitude and superior customer service skills
      - Bi-lingual abilities are an asset
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team
