  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage multiple medium deliveries and assist with complex global SaaS API integrations and UI implementations
  - Create and manage work plans to deliver contractually defined implementations and communicate project status to stakeholders
  - Serve as the primary escalation point for project implementation and delivery issues, practicing effective risk management
  - Coordinate software setup configuration and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time
  - Facilitate customer user acceptance testing and product training with stakeholders and users
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  - Minimum 18 years of age
  - Bachelor's degree or Technical/Vocational Degree
  - 2+ years of customer delivery/customer software integration experience in the SaaS sector
  - 2+ years of experience working with development teams and product managers in an Agile framework
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  - Proven ability to manage complex team dynamics and work cross-collaboratively
  - Experience with JIRA, Confluence, LucidChart, and other enterprise collaboration tools
