What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide and coach Agile teams on Kanban/Scrum methodologies to enhance product delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support the development team through servant leadership
- Manage the Kanban/Scrum process using tools like JIRA for effective team management
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth workflow for the teams
- Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Certification in Scrum Master (PSM I, CSM, or Team Kanban Practitioner)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering strategic product increments and building autonomous teams
- 3+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master or Kanban Practitioner in a software development environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA) for communication and reporting
- Proven ability to apply various techniques for Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Experience working in multiple Scrum teams across different contexts
- Background in IT roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Engineer
