What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Curate and maintain architecture metadata within the Enterprise Architecture Repository (ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and stakeholders to validate and structure data
- Conduct regular data quality reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of architecture data
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into architecture health and technology lifecycle
- Provide training and support on repository usage and data entry standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data governance, or information management
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and frameworks
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for a work visa
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ServiceNow, particularly the Strategic Portfolio Management or Enterprise Architecture modules
- Strong SQL skills and experience with structured data sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Power BI, and automation tools
- Experience with metadata management and architecture modeling tools
- 5+ years of experience in business or data analysis, preferably in IT-led projects
