What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete internal Builder Certification and master the platform
- Lead customer enablement sessions and provide personalized training
- Manage multiple strategic accounts and ensure customer success
- Design and deliver custom enterprise training programs
- Support public cohort programs and facilitate "Build With Me" sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, technical onboarding, or product enablement (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for teaching executives
- Experience with modern SaaS tools such as Intercom, Slack, and Notion
- Proven ability to manage multiple strategic accounts simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer challenges
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting technical products or AI tools
- Ability to read basic code or understand workflow logic
- Previous experience running training sessions or workshops
- Familiarity with experimenting with AI in personal workflows
- Passion for teaching complex concepts simply and effectively
