What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary account owner for coordinating customer health and growth-related efforts
- Engage directly with customers to enhance their business outcomes through strategic consultation
- Lead technical discussions to address complex issues and advocate for robust enterprise solutions
- Manage customer projects end-to-end, ensuring objectives are met
- Cultivate deep relationships with customers to understand their unique business landscapes and goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in customer-facing roles involving project management and business process development
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the Renewable Energy industry (Solar/Wind/Storage)
- Proven experience in managing large accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent professional communication skills in English; ability to communicate in French, German, or Spanish is an asset
