- Monitor Grocery Merchant catalogs, isolate issues, and collaborate to resolve them
- Respond to Merchant catalog issues, root-cause problems, and implement solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, operations management, or customer success
- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Sigma
- Ability to create presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the grocery delivery or e-commerce industry
- Experience in managing ad campaigns or promotions
- Skills in data analysis and reporting
