What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advanced programming, reporting, integration, and analytical support for enterprise resource planning systems
- Design and implement complex system changes and integrations using various programming languages and technologies
- Mentor and guide programming staff in creating technical specifications and performance tuning
- Develop and maintain standards and procedures for programming staff
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with databases and associated applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience in the field
- ITIL Foundation certification and a history of professional growth evidenced by additional certifications
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and establish relationships within the university and with vendors
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages and database management systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional certifications such as Salesforce, ITIL Intermediate, Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience with Salesforce, Ellucian Banner technologies, or similar enterprise systems
- Proven ability to manage projects efficiently and effectively
- Familiarity with data loading, migrations, and scheduled job operations
- Demonstrated attention to detail in programming and database management
