      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for IT Risk and Information Security within the bank's risk governance structure
      - Conduct IT Risk Assessments, evaluating control effectiveness and alignment with regulatory expectations
      - Partner with various teams to identify, evaluate, and monitor technology-related risks
      - Develop and maintain IT and Cybersecurity risk profiles and control libraries
      - Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and the Board

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance) preferred
      - Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in the Banking Industry or Risk Analysis required
      - Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
      - Experience with Governance, Risk, & Control (GRC) Tools preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
      - Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree or relevant certifications strongly preferred for senior-level roles
      - Experience in financial statement and tax return analysis
      - Ability to take initiative and impact change within the bank
      - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
