As the Senior Manager, Retail Risk, you will uphold risk prevention strategies and procedures and oversee the day-to-day prevention, detection, and resolution of loss across Product, Financial, People, Information and Property Security within a designated district. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager, Retail Risk, you will:

• Minimize the loss of store merchandise through upholding theft deterrence strategies such a door guard management and inventory controls
• Safeguard financial assets from loss through cash security protocols and fraud prevention programs
• Uphold our industry leading measures to protect our people, our clients, and our communities from illness and injury
• Ensure the security of our physical assets by effectively managing store security systems and facility protocols
• Preserve confidential and proprietary information and intellectual property through upholding our information protection standards
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager, Retail Risk has:

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications, including experience in Retail Risk Management and loss prevention
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
