What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell AITrack by engaging with key decision-makers at leading companies and guiding them through effective climate programs
- Develop the AITrack sales playbook in collaboration with sales and marketing colleagues in Europe and the US
- Educate companies on navigating environmental and carbon reduction targets, focusing on supply chain decarbonization
- Identify and close new business opportunities while managing all stages of the sales cycle
- Leverage consultative selling techniques to meet client sustainability challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, achieving quotas with enterprise customers (>$1B in annual revenue)
- At least 3 years of experience in the sustainability sector with a significant network
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a diverse international team
- Self-starter mentality, with a passion for being the first US sales executive
- Experience selling in complex or technical fields, demonstrating a strong curiosity and expertise in climate solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in consultative selling and market analysis within the sustainability space
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies for new products
- Familiarity with climate change policies and carbon reduction initiatives
