What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish consultative relationships with senior executives to position market-leading solutions
- Provide industry expertise to influence product and development roadmap
- Identify, pursue, and close new business and renewal opportunities
- Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets in an individual contributor role
- Serve as a strategic link between sales partners and internal resources to design complex solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years' experience in credit risk, marketing, acquisitions, and servicing/collections functions
- Proven involvement in technology related to data analysis, credit decisioning, and marketing campaign execution
- Experience presenting insights to C-level executives with actionable recommendations
- Strong understanding of corporate priorities and credit decisioning across the customer lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science; MBA or Master's in Decision Sciences preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7+ years' experience in data compilation and analysis using analytical tools (Python/SAS/R/Hue)
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise lending or marketing systems
- Knowledge of FCRA regulated versus non-regulated data
- Expertise in developing complex strategies and risk-based pricing strategies
