What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and management of the hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Configure, administer, and support virtual networks and storage clusters
- Design and enforce security policies and access controls for the virtual computing environment
- Provide Level III support and systems analysis for various hardware virtualization platforms
- Monitor and manage the performance of systems to ensure stability and availability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Ten (10) years of work experience, with at least eight (8) years in a high-level technical role
- Extensive experience with industry-standard type-1 hypervisors in a large-scale data center environment
- Advanced support experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN) and NAS
- Demonstrated ability to program in administrative scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ITIL Certification or experience with ITIL methodologies
- Certifications such as VMware Certified Advanced Professional or Cisco CCNP Data Center
- Experience in cloud infrastructure engineering and automation
- Ability to write technical documentation and proposals
- Knowledge of Dell NetWorker and cloud networking technologies
