What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage user support requests for troubleshooting issues, tracking the entire process from analysis to requester approval
- Identify production issues and collaborate with technical leads to communicate actionable solutions to business units
- Oversee project management activities, including organization, resource allocation, task assignment, and issue resolution
- Prepare and provide progress and analytic reports to Senior Management regarding open cases
- Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance candidate engagement and motivation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook)
- Familiarity with email systems and computer programming systems and languages
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project management tools or methodologies
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to software development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with additional programming languages or software tools
