What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct compliance monitoring for potential rule violations or concerning activities related to trading, money laundering, and fraud
- Communicate compliance analysis and findings to department management and other business members
- Perform AML/KYC, sales solicitations, and marketing material reviews
- Conduct and document investigations into potential violations of Exchange rules and CFTC regulations
- Support the Chief Compliance Officer and senior compliance staff in audit and regulatory requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Compliance within financial services or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of CFTC Regulations for Designated Contract Markets (DCM) and Derivatives Clearing Organizations (DCO)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate experience with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
