What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with technical experts and USCG contracting personnel to process procurement packages
- Identify compliant methods for simplified acquisitions under federal regulations
- Draft solicitations and summarize responses for supplies and services
- Manage post-award acquisition duties, including performance management and invoice payments
- Advise USCG Program Management on complex acquisition contracts and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Federal, State, Local Government, or Commercial Acquisition
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or ability to be trained
- Experience with Federal Government Acquisition systems and FPDS-NG preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to maintain insurance coverage

- Background in procurement or contract management
