      Work Arrangement:

      • Onsite: This position requires an employee to be on-site on a full-time basis.
      • Hybrid : Position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time but the general expectation is that the employee be onsite an average of three (3) days each week.

      The Team:

      The complexity of today’s vehicles are reliant on data connectivity to support the performance and features of our vehicles. We are consistently vying to deliver the best automotive user experience and exceeding all customer service expectations. We are responsible for the conception, marketing, sale, and delivery of all automotive replacement parts worldwide for both GM and non-GM vehicles – and we’re the only business unit that supports the vehicle cradle to grave. Looking ahead, we plan to use a century of technical expertise to redefine the industry and introduce the next level of customer service in vehicle ownership. GM CCA is headquartered in Warren, Michigan with five regional offices covering the United States spanning from the East to the West Coast.

      The Role:

      The Rotational program accelerates the learning curve for new college graduates by providing dynamic functional assignments with a focus on innovation in the Customer Care and Aftersales Global Aftersales Engineering Services Operations Organization. Each role will be designed to improve your skills and leave a significant impact.

      • Multiple roles and assignments focused on expanding learner agility and adaptability
      • Blend of structured training, informal on-the-job learning, and mentoring
      • Some roles may be in an adjacent or related field of study OR outside of your field of study
        • Example roles: Service Release Engineer (Body, Propulsion, Electrification, etc.), Supplier Quality Engineer, Data Analyst, Field Action Technical Writer, Service Information Development Author, Service Development Engineer, Labor Time Author.
      • Rotational program ensuring exposure to the Global Aftersales Engineering Operation functions in CCA
      • This is a two-year program with two twelve-month rotations – Program subject to change based on business needs
        • Based on the position of each rotation you will be on-site 2 or more days per week and will need to relocate within the US for the entirety of the rotation – GM will assist in cost for relocation

      Additional Job Description

      Required Qualifications:

      • Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering Technology, Engineering, Sales Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations Management and/or Research, Business Administration, eCommerce, Sales and Marketing, Information Technology and/or Computer Science Engineering.
      • Must be graduating between October 2023 and August 2024

      What will give you a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications ):

      • Minimum of a 3.0 overall GPA on a 4.0 scale is desired
      • Insatiable curiosity and desire to learn
      • Prior internship in field of study
      • Conceptual understanding and/or experience with computer programming/software, omnichannel supply chain, universal inventory visibility, value chain automation, database management/mining, E-commerce, additive manufacturing, digital marketing, eCommerce, content marketing, omnichannel marketing, augmented reality, artificial intelligence/machine learning, and chatbot development
      • Preferred Technical Experience (or exposure to):
        • Big data tools such as Hadoop, Greenplum, Spark, Hue, and Knime
        • Business intelligence and data visualization tools including PowerBI, Excel, and Cognos.
        • Proficiency in one of the following programming languages is desired: Python, R, Postgres, and HQL/SQL
        • Knowledgeable of statistical methods such as regression, probability analysis, risk analysis, statistical process control, and clustering is desired

      Pay Transparency:

      The salary range for this role is $85,000 per year.

      Bonus Potential:

      An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance
